KLEEN TANK OF MICHIGAN
We’re Wendy & Joe Bruce, owners of Kleen Tank of Michigan, an authorized Kleen Tank dealer. We travel in our Winnebago Journey, and though we’ve owned other types of RVs, we’re first-time Class A owners. We enjoy family time while RVing, the amazing people we meet, the views we get to see, and the relaxing lifestyle this has to offer. We’re currently servicing Michigan (lower), northern Indiana, and northwestern Ohio, though we also travel extensively to other areas throughout the spring, summer, and fall.

A little Q&A
Q. How did you first learn about Kleen Tank?
A. We first heard about Kleen Tank at a Grand Design owners rally. We listened to Jim’s seminar and wanted to get an overall look at our tanks. We did what we thought was correct — all the pods and chemicals, using the flushing system, and keeping valves closed until full — so we didn’t expect a lot of garbage to have built up. We were WRONG! We were amazed at what was left over and realized that while we clean our tanks religiously, this is a much-needed, once-a-year deep clean that needed to be on our maintenance checklist. Just to be sure we had Jim clean our tanks again at the next Grand Design rally — and we were SOLD!
Q. Why did you decide to become an authorized Kleen Tank dealer?
A. After having Jim clean our tanks twice, we realized what a valuable service this is and decided to become dealers. We couldn’t believe that for years, we didn’t know this existed and wanted to help spread the word to others so they could keep their tanks clean and problem-free. While cleaning tanks is dirty work, the education and conversations we get to have with other RV owners are our favorite parts. We’ve kept in touch with many of them and look forward to seeing everyone for their yearly service.
Q. What’s the one thing you want your customers to know?
A. We do this because we love it. It’s something we believe in and our goal is to provide a valuable service to keep our customer’s RVs working properly for many years. Our RV is our home away from home and we treat our customer’s RV with the same respect.
